What a plan adds

Your agency on the cover

Set an agency name and logo once on your account page and both are printed on the cover of every Property Report and Pre-Purchase Property Report you order while the plan is active - the logo top-right, and Issued by <your agency> above the report's authorship line. That line is unchanged: the report is still prepared by LayeredGeo Pty Ltd, and still carries the same data sources, methodology notes and disclaimer. It is your document to hand to a client, not a white-labelled one that hides where the assessment came from.

A 12-month library, not a 48-hour link

Reports bought with a single credit, or as a guest, stay downloadable for 48 hours. Reports ordered on an agency plan are kept for 12 months and listed under Your reports on your account page, so a report you ran for a listing in March is still there when the contract falls over in October.

One allowance across every report

The Property Report, the Flood Model Report and the Terrain Report each draw one report from the same monthly allowance. The Pre-Purchase Property Report, which binds all three into a single PDF for a buyer or conveyancer, draws two.

What the plan does not do

Unused reports do not roll over. Each renewal tops your balance back up to the plan's allowance rather than adding to it, so a quiet month does not bank credit for a busy one - though if you have bought extra $9 credits and your balance is already above the allowance, a renewal will never lower it. The plan also changes nothing about coverage: where LayeredGeo does not hold mapping for a location, the report says so explicitly rather than reporting a clear result.

Who it is for

The plan is worth it from about six reports a month, which in practice means:

• Buyers' agents screening flood, bushfire and zoning across a shortlist before the client sees it.
• Sales agencies attaching a constraints summary to a listing or a Form 2 seller disclosure pack.
• Conveyancers and property lawyers running a standing pre-contract check on every matter.
• Planning and development consultants doing feasibility passes over multiple sites a week.
